These charming beach houses are part of a small beachfront compound consisting of three separate luxury villas that are immaculately maintained within a lovingly landscaped tropical garden. Each rental has a separate private entrance. They can be rented separately as villas or together as a quiet retreat. This compound is located within Nail Bay Estates, a luxurious 148-acre estate nestled below Gorda Peak National Park. All the roads to and within Nail Bay Estate are paved in concrete.
Sunset Watch was one of the first properties in Virgin Gorda to be connected via fiber-optic service from FLOW BVI, enabling us to offer high-speed internet service and digital TV. All utilities in Nail Bay are connected underground including large standby generators that kick in automatically in the case of any power outages. In addition, water is distributed to all villas within Nail Bay by a central desalination plant.
With panoramic views of Sir Francis Drake Channel you can experience the untouched western shoreline of Virgin Gorda, enjoy a place of endless summers, and walk the secluded beaches of Nail Bay, Long Bay, and Mountain Trunk Bay.
SUNDOWNER VILLA
Sundowner Villa, the majestic yet romantic one-bedroom beachfront villa with an infinity-edge plunge pool, impresses guests with its royally inviting decor. Sliding glass doors on the villa's private patio lead to the dining room, living room, and open-plan gourmet kitchen. The bedroom's king-sized bed sits like a throne, waiting to envelop guests in luxurious linens while they overlook the turquoise sea and cloud-strewn azure sky with colors custom-made in the Caribbean. Guests can slip away from the villa and, within seconds, sink their toes into the sands of the isolated Nail Bay Beach on Virgin Gorda's western shore.

SUNSET WATCH: POOLSIDE
Sunset Watch: Poolside Villa offers a romantic setting and a large sundeck within a lush tropical garden near a sparkling turquoise pool. Expansive views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel maybe enjoyed from the patio, dining room, living room, kitchen, bedroom and even from the shower. The new modern gourmet kitchen was designed to meet the needs of even the most discerning chef with lots of storage for groceries. Sunset Watch Poolside Villa was completely redesigned and rebuilt after being damaged by Hurricane Irma and Maria in 2017. It has been sumptuously refurbished with new central air-conditioning and became open for guests on Christmas Eve, 2018.
