Sailing in the British Virgin Islands is among the best in the world. You are always in sight of land, the charts are easy to read and there is no fog. BVI sailing can be challenging or gentle but most of all enjoyable. There are hundreds of unspoilt anchorages, deserted white sand beaches and places to stop and swim, snorkel or dive. In the British Virgin Islands there is no shortage of beach bars and restaurants to access from the water.
Fleets are continually being expanded, maintained and updated to ensure comfort and reliability, and most of all – satisfied guests.
Bavarias, Jeanneaus, Beneteaus and catamarans mainly make up the fleet from 31’ to 57’ sleeping from 4 to 10 guests. All yachts are equipped with VHF radio, GPS, dinghy with outboard, electric windlass, roller furling genoa, fridge, freezer, CD player, charts, gas barbecue, linens and towels and a host of other useful items. Air conditioning is also available on some yachts. Kayaks, windsurfers and snorkel gear are available to rent and provisioning can be pre-arranged. A cook can also be provided at additional charge.
Experience is essential if you want to skipper your own boat, but if you would like the exhilaration of sailing without the responsibility, a skipper can be provided for an additional charge.
Idalia boasts expansive living areas and this 3-cabin owner version features a decadent master suite that occupies an entire hull complete with a luxurious ensuite. The two generous guest cabins in the port hull that each enjoy their own exclusive ensuites. The starboard forepeak has been converted into a small, non air conditioned cabin space for single crew members.
Lagoon catamarans have done it again. The 450 offers a huge amount of space for all aboard. She has headroom, lots of light and a contemporary and comfortable design.
Whether it’s cooking out on the piped in gas grill, storing ice for days in the large Yeti cooler or having drinks behind the cool roll down cockpit shade, Claro offers lots of comfort and convenience designed for BVI sailing.
Motown has been appointed with 4 double cabins, a convertable salon table that drops down as an additional double berth and a single berth, port forward, to accommodate a maximum of eleven guests. All double cabins are air conditioned along with the salon.
Smile Maker boasts expansive living areas for enhanced cruising pleasure with five guest cabins. Four "corner" cabins are en suite with the mid-port cabin equipped with two singles in bunk bed formation with a bathroom that is accessible from the port compainionway. The starboard forepeak has been converted into a small, non air conditioned (fan only) cabin space for single crew members.
The new Lagoon 50 features many of the popular favorites our clients have enjoyed from the Lagoon 450 F. Lone Star Lagoon offers six double berth cabins with air-conditioning. There are two modern bathrooms in either hull with the aft cabins boasting en suites and the fwd and mid cabins sharing the fwd bathrooms.
